Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000/year + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package.

Job Description:
- Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
- Creates solid operating plans for current month, and actively identifies and prepares for plans/actions/challenges for upcoming month.
- Builds a performance-based culture around accountability, metrics, safety, and operational excellence for the facilities.
- Provides organizational direction/communication consistent with corporate goals, objectives, and vision to all departments within the Plant.
