This includes enforcing HSE standards and promoting a strong safety culture, overseeing plant allocation and utilisation, implementing maintenance programmes, managing technical resources and spare parts, leading workshop teams, and coordinating with project, procurement, and logistics teams. The role also involves monitoring performance and costs, optimising operational efficiency, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities to meet project requirements.
