The Plant Manager will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and delivery of contractual targets.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Plant Manager, you will be accountable for planning, leading, and managing all operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, ensuring the plant meets contractual performance, financial, and safety targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the mobilisation and transition of O&M operations
- Ensure plant performance and KPI delivery in line with contractual agreements
- Oversee end‑to‑end O&M activities, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Drive operational reliability, availability, and efficiency of the plant
