Job Description
RESPONSABILIDAD
- Responsible for directing the business, financial, technical, manufacturing and resource functions of the facility
- Guides the facility in its support of internal and external customer requirements
- Directs continuous improvement activities and coordinates the development of the facilities people, processes and capabilities
- Oversight for the facilities environmental, health and safety functions
- Manages the quality function including compliance with all IATF16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Responsible for ensuring facility reaches target metric goals through use of BOS, TVM, Lean and Six Sigma methodology
- Direct daily plant activities
- Plan and manage all financial aspects of the facility (AOP, capital, etc)
- Plan and manage all quality, environmental health and safety compliance and regulator aspects
