As a hands-on transformational leader, you will report to the Manufacturing Director and take charge of all manufacturing activities, enhancing employee relations and product quality. Your extensive experience in plant performance turnaround will be essential in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll develop and coach teams while implementing systematic approaches to achieve operational goals.
