Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company Chile team in Viña del Mar. This role focuses on driving performance improvement by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Plant Managers to ensure effective execution of operational priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, solid experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this position.
