Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Quality UAP is responsible to ensure quality of the produce parts and customer satisfaction. The main missions of the role are:
Validate with production teams a new product or product modifications according to customer quality requirements;Participate in defining quality criteria (internal and client’s criteria);Participate with the customer relationship in the follow up the complaints/alerts through 8D and the correspondent action plan;Establish the necessary links with support functions the ensure the quality of the produce parts and coordinate non quality cost reduction action plan within the UAP (scrap; CNQ; sorting);Support the follow and coaching of the QRCI UAP or line and e...
