About the Role
Leads Quality and Engineering activities as area manager, verifying adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements, and applying Core Tools (APQP and related quality methodologies) to drive product and process quality.
Responsibilities
Lead the Quality area (Engineering and Quality) and ensure departmental execution aligned to plant and production priorities.
Verify compliance with corporate quality policies and safety/hygiene requirements.
Ensure understanding and execution of customer requirements.
Manage materials out of specification activities: detect issues on the production floor, evaluate production rejects linked to material, and elaborate material deviations.
Perform internal quality system audits and ensure follow-up of audit findings.
