About the Role
We’re looking for a curious and detail‑oriented Platform Engineering Lead who is eager to grow in the fintech space. If you have solid experience with cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, and platform tooling and you want to own a real platform function from day one with a team that will help you level up, this role is for you.
You’ll be the technical owner of Blossom’s platform scalability, observability, deployment automation, and operational reliability. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your work directly enables the growth of new Credit Union deployments and the health of everything running in production.
