- 5 years of experience
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics
- Intermediate knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding
- Intermediate knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems
- Intermediate knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems
- GD&T knowledge
- Knowledge of induction curing systems
- Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems
- Knowledge and management of non-new model projects
- Maintenance cost management
