This role involves undertaking plumbing repairs, planned maintenance, compliance checks, and installation work across a diverse property estate. It requires a reliable, experienced individual who can work independently and contribute effectively to a multi?trade maintenance team. Role Responsibilities Diagnose faults on plumbing systems and carry out appropriate repairs. Install and maintain water, waste, and drainage systems using approved materials. Install sanitary ware, domestic appliances, and specialist fixtures where required. Clear blockages in waste and drainage systems.
