Job Description
This is a senior, transversal PMO role supporting multiple IT manufacturing and laboratory programs across sites. The PMO Lead coordinates planning, financials, risks, and reporting across several projects and represents IT towards senior stakeholders and management. Typical Day Lead PMO activities across multiple IT manufacturing projects Consolidate planning, milestones, dependencies, and financials Prepare steering committees and executive-level reporting Identify risks, issues, and mitigation actions Act as a key communication bridge between IT and business Improve PMO processes, standards, and governance Requirements Years of Experience 815+ years total experience Strong senior PM / PMO background required Must Have Strong PMO / program management experience in IT environments Exposure to pharma manufacturing and/or laboratories Excellent communication, storytelling, and summarization skills Strong financial and planning controlling capabilities Ability to translate complexity int...
