About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Policy Analyst, Employee Benefits to support the development, maintenance, and communication of policies that guide the administration of Employee Benefit Plans.
Reporting to the Manager, Governance and Policy, you’ll play a key part in ensuring policies are clear, compliant, and accessible—helping employees and strategic partners understand and navigate benefit plans effectively.
