Schedule:Full Time Nights 8pm -6:30am, 40 hours per week
General Summary:
Performs Basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepares patients and equipment for ordered testing. Interviews patients to determine sleep disorder issues and to explain testing procedures.
+ Performs and documents testing. Monitors patients throughout testing and intervenes as necessary to resolve patient needs or equipment issues.
+ Collects, analyzes and integrates patient information to identify and meet patient-specific needs; scores, interprets and reports results of sleep studies.
+ Prepares, calibrates, repairs and maintains equipment required for testing. Determines and reports needed repairs/replacements.
+ Collects and reports quality assurance and performance improvement data.
