Job Overview
Your role as Portable Flow Sales Trainee focuses on learning; upon completion of the program you will be equipped to perform as a Sales Engineer, promoting and selling the full product portfolio within an assigned territory, developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will also ensure high‑quality technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle, exploring the full potential of the market through sales strategies.
The program is set in an international environment with multi‑functional experiences across Production, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Business Development. You will visit our factory in Padova, Italy; the service area in Australia; and the Divisional marketing team in Rock Hill, SC, USA, for a month of full immersion to become the next generation of Sales Engineer experts in the Portable Flow business.
