**Responsibility of the Portfolio and FFN Calendar for Total Segment:**
+ Representing Central Europe on Regional Forum sharing cluster needs and feedback regarding initiative to the Regional Team.
+ Deployment of Regional Concepts to all the markets in the cluster.
+ For portfolio changes created on the cluster level -> working hand in hand with the regional, activity management and category managers.
+ Processing the Portfolio changes internally throughout all the stages of S&OP process including: PMR approval and DCM, ODFs alignments
+ Preparing portfolio changes and clear execution guidelines for deployment by sales and category management Local Teams.
