+ Program and cadence management
+ Own and run regular cadences for key projects (strategic and customer-led): weekly stand-ups, steering, milestones reviews and retrospectives.
+ Maintain consolidated program trackers, RACI charts and roadmap views; ensure updates are accurate and timely.
+ Escalate issues and decision points with recommended options and impact analysis.
+ MVP and commercial alignment
+ Monitor and manage Solution department MVPs in close collaboration with the commercial team: scope, timelines, acceptance criteria and go-to-market readiness.
+ Ensure functional and commercial commitments are aligned and documented.
+ Process design and governance
+ Design, document and socialize new processes within the fleet division (project intake, prioritization, change control, release coordination).
