Overview
Work in the Institute of Biomedicine on the project “Principles of pioneer transcription factor function in the development of prostate cancer therapy resistance,” funded by the Research Council of Finland. The project investigates how pioneer transcription factors change during drug‑resistance development in prostate cancer and explores modulation by signal‑dependent transcription factors and coregulators using genome‑wide sequencing, chromatin proteomics, imaging technologies, and functional perturbations. The project includes international mobility and collaboration.
