**Education/Experience**- Position requires a design degree and/or related postproduction experience.Portfolio required.
- Strong and polished retouching skills - keen eye and aesthetics.Up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of color theory- Familiar with Shot Flow or other workflow software (a plus)- Proficient in:- Mac/OS- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere & Acrobat Pro)- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint**Key Areas of Focus**- Owns the editing and finishing of all off model photographic digital assets and some on model video editing and color grading.
- Advance retouching skills for high level projects and to assist in high volume time.
- Create standard crops as well as creative cropping for PDP off model assets.
- Able to follow multiple brand style guides, mood boards, playbooks and campaign toolkits.
- Responsible for process updates, mark ups and final asset approvals.
