Power Engineer - 4th Class, Castlegar, British Columbia
Starting rate: $47.18 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Work in a secure and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure consistent operation of the Energy Plant.
- Work toward achieving operating targets.
- Facilitate the reliable supply of services to the operation.
Qualifications
- Energy systems experience preferred.
- A valid TSBC 4th Class Power Engineering certificate.
- Physical ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
- Proven leadership skills and experience.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team‑building skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
