Job Summary: Stefanini Group seeks a Power Platform Enablement Lead to champion enterprise‑wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, driving business value through training, enablement, and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the full adoption lifecycle for Power Platform across the organization.
- Develop and execute the platform adoption roadmap, focusing on LATAM and ANJK regions.
- Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions.
- Champion a self‑service and citizen‑developer culture, reducing IT dependency.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training curriculum for all user personas.
