Summary As a Powered Support Systems Mechanic, you will perform a broad range of responsibilities relating to the readiness, transportation, assembly, operation, modification, maintenance, repair and disassembly of generator assembled equipment, combustion-powered automotive vehicles, over-the-road trucks, and comparable vehicles. This position is located in the Logistics Management Directorate, Distribution Management Division, Distributions Centers West Branch within the Office of Response & Recovery. In this Powered Support Systems Mechanic position, you will perform critical duties related to the management of the operational readiness generator and fleet maintenance program for all disaster response electrical power-generation and fleet equipment assigned to their respective Distribution Center.
