:Responsible for assembling components in the powertrain category in accordance with OEM specifications, standard hours and quality metrics
Must be capable of assembling powertrain components with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
HET Journeyperson ticket, or interprovincial Red Seal, is required
Preference given to those who fall within the value stream & qualify as defined in Schedule C
Multiple years’ experience working on heavy equipment powertrain components
Understanding of powertrain components and how they function
Understanding of proper torquing procedures
Capable of operating basic service tools as well as all critical analog measuring devices including dial bore gauges and micrometers
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work instructions
