The PPI Technician – Mechatronic is responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing recurring failures, and supporting the development and implementation of machinery for new projects. This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of production equipment while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Attend and resolve corrective maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Analyze recurring failures and perform root cause analysis
- Support the construction and implementation of machinery for new projects
- Perform modifications in PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with weekend maintenance schedules
- Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in work areas
- Respond immediately to equipment failures to minimize downtime
