POSITION OBJECTIVE: Develop a KAIZEN improvement project with model changeover time analysis activities to improve machine efficiency. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: KAZEN event development. Management of project-related activities. Time tracking and data analysis for machine optimization. Review and improvement of standards based on the analysis performed. CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA: Practice and fluency in management activities and analysis of improvement projects. Achievement of efficiency objectives.
