🌟 Role Objective
As a Sales Operations Intern – ISG, you will support the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) sales team in Peru, participating in the end-to-end sales process. This includes managing purchase orders from intake and validation through to final delivery, ensuring full visibility and accurate tracking of each order’s status.
This role has a strong operational and coordination focus, contributing to the efficiency of the sales process through order tracking, system updates, reporting, and communication with clients and internal teams. You will also help enhance the customer experience through organized, accurate, and proactive execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to the ISG sales team in managing the sales process.
• Track purchase orders (POs) from intake through final delivery.
• Validate the correct entry of orders and monitor their progress in production.
