We are looking for a Multi‑Unit Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric‑focused dental practice. The role includes strategic planning, compliance, leadership, and staffing across multiple locations. The salary ranges from $72,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational strategies to improve productivity and patient growth.
• Continuously review clinic environments and key business indicators to identify issues and opportunities, and provide coaching and direction to the team.
• Partner with Compliance, the Dental Corp Institute, and Human Resources to ensure full compliance with provincial health regulations.
