We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-supported team at NorthCare Grandview Road.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced primary care nurse who enjoys variety and working closely with their community. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering whānau-centred care, where relationships and continuity matter.
Responsibilities
- Immunisations and cervical screening
- Chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, asthma)
- Acute presentations and triage
- Health education and preventative care
About you
Ideally you will:
- Hold a current annual practising certificate (APC) (essential).
- Have experience within the primary health care sector (desirable).
- Have the ability to maintain high standards of clinical services.
