About the Role
Provides field technical support to customers by serving as the primary technical interface for TD SYNNEX products, solutions, and services. Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre‑sales technical and process related issues. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:
What You'll Do
- Provides pre‑sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.
- Consults with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.
- Consults with customers concerning pre‑sales design, development and maintenance of products/services.
- Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with pre‑sales technical solutions.
