About the Role
We are looking for an Order Picker (Préparatrice / Préparateur de commandes) to assemble and distribute orders at our distribution center. The role involves handling food and alcoholic products in a cool or frozen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders (food and alcoholic products)
- Drive an electric pallet truck
- Handle crates (10–70 lb)
- Assemble orders using a voice‑recognition system (WMS)
- Work in a cold/frozen environment (4 °C to –28 °C)
Remuneration & Benefits
- Initial salary $22.34 /hr with progressive scale up to $34.68 /hr
- Salary increase every 520 hours worked
- Bonus based on productivity (up to $500 per week)
