We're Hiring | Presales Solution Architect – OSS | LATAM Region What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end OSS solution architecture across the full pre-sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification to contract award Own and drive RFx responses (RFI/RFP/RFQ) solution design, compliance matrices, BoM, TCO/ROI models Design and articulate solutions across Service Assurance, Service Orchestration & Fulfilment, Inventory, and closed-loop automation Position AI/ML-driven assurance capabilities anomaly detection, alarm correlation, automated root-cause analysis, and predictive assurance Lead Proof-of-Concepts, lab trials, and technical demonstrations tailored to customer KPIs Develop and present solutions around SMO, Non-RT RIC (rApps), and Near-RT RIC (xApps) Serve as a trusted technical advisor from engineering teams all the way to C-level executives Create thought leadership content white papers, reference architectures, blogs, and represent the company at industry events like TM Forum & O-RAN...
