Providence Living is seeking a visionary and transformational President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s continued growth, innovation, and impact in seniors’ care across British Columbia. Reporting to the Board through the Chair, the CEO will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the organization, including major redevelopment initiatives, complex partnerships, and significant capital projects, while advancing Providence Living’s pioneering social-relational model of care, Home for Us (H4U).
The ideal candidate is an accomplished and influential executive who combines strong business acumen with a genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors and advancing community-centred, values-based care.
