Role Overview Electrum is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Associate to support the day-to-day execution and monitoring of preventive maintenance activities for Electrum's units, ensuring vehicles are maintained on schedule, workshop capacity is utilized effectively, and maintenance quality contributes to lower cost per km. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily preventive maintenance schedule across Electrum units and follow up overdue or missed maintenance. Coordinate with workshop, pool, and field teams to ensure units are available and maintenance is executed on time. Track maintenance productivity by mechanic, location, and maintenance batch; escalate bottlenecks quickly. Ensure preventive maintenance checklist and standard procedure are followed consistently.
