As a Principal Project Manager , you'll lead the planning, investigation, design and delivery of some of our most significant and complex strategic projects (such as new aquatic centres, sports complexes, libraries and community hubs). Working across multi‑million‑dollar programmes, you'll provide expert project leadership from concept through to delivery, developing robust business cases, guiding investment decisions, partnering with mana whenua, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
