Role Responsibilities

• About the Role - Work as part of an extended leadership unit across Category Management and assist Heads of and Category Leads to prioritize work and resources, in line with the business plan, Contribute to achieving Supply performance targets, Lead project teams of specialists on specific programs of work, projects or other contract portfolio accountabilities and Work collaboratively across Supply (Region, Global and across sub-functions).
• Ensure alignment with general function where relevant on category strategies and improving functional excellence.
• Responsible for understanding the hygiene of portfolio and assist Category Leads in allocating resources to manage portfolio effectively and manage performance to plans (e.g. Supply).
• Responsible for understanding contribution to Supply business plan and have agreed plans in place to meet deliverables and Supply targets. Manage performance to these plans.
