Key Responsibilities:
• Guide spiritual growth and foster a Christ-centered environment
• Supervise operations of the elementary school
• Improve existing educational strategies and programs
• Weave a Christian perspective into all areas
• Support the implementation of Teaching for Transformation
Requirements:
• Valid Manitoba teaching certification or eligibility
• Experience in K–6 instructional or leadership roles
• Preference for those with principal or vice principal experience
• A Master of Education degree preferred
