Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP Case Management (CM) solutions.
- Perform system testing, unit testing, and support user acceptance activities.
- Compile Functional Specifications and solution documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Analyse current (AS-IS) business processes and document future-state (TO-BE) processes.
- Lead and participate in solution design workshops and provide guidance to junior functional analysts.
- Collaborate with solution architects and integration specialists to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
