Reporting to the Privacy & Freedom of Information (FOI) Compliance Manager (the ‘Manager’), the Privacy Compliance Analyst (the ‘Analyst’) interacts across the organization with personnel and the people we serve and their care‑partners, to support the department’s privacy data governance program and protect data during collection, use, disclosure, storage, modification, and processing to mitigate privacy risk. The Analyst reviews and triages large volumes of inquiries to provide appropriate, timely, and professional advice including, but not limited to, regulation and policy adherence; drafting documentation for regulators; conducting assessments of new technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, projects/initiati...
