Private Banking Assistant – UK Market (7‑month contract)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Contract: 7months. Domicile: Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Support Private Bankers with client administrative and commercial activities to deliver premium service to UHNW and HNW clients.
- Provide clients with information on their portfolios.
- Verify, process and place transfer and market orders in the system per client instructions; follow up and ensure accurate execution.
- Liaise with internal services to resolve clients’ requests in a timely manner.
- Manage account openings, monitor account formalities, cash management and overdrafts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing/recording documentation, KYC, ALM alerts monitoring and documentation updates in collaboration with Private Bankers.
