SUMMARY
The position will be responsible for the manufacturing process design, process quality assurance and improvements with sustenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment, requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification Work with Cross functional Teams for New Product Introductions & problem solving Implementation of Poka Yoke for improving quality Identifying the root cause of the problems (Internal / External) and implementing sustainable corrective actions. Handling of Defective goods received from the customers (Preliminary testing and observation report).
