The Opportunity
We are looking to fill a Process Engineer role in our Business Management team.
Reporting to the Director, Business Management, the Process Engineer is responsible for engineering, design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of delegated business processes across the SOCON division, ensuring processes are consistent, measurable, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Document current-state processes and understand applicable stakeholder requirements.
- Engineer and enhance future‑state business process designs across SOCON to standardize user/customer experience, improve efficiency, consistency, and enable scalability.
- Maintain the process hierarchy and apply established process management standards and methodologies to ensure alignment with business governance.
