The Process Engineering Lead plays a key role in driving the evolution, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise visibility capabilities across the network. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, product development, and cross-functional delivery, focusing on advancing the Visibility Program roadmap, enabling new capabilities, and ensuring successful business integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end integration and deployment of Visibility Program initiatives, including roadmap execution, pilot design, implementation, and stabilization.
- Partner with product, IT, and business teams to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Act as a bridge between design and Operations, ensuring solutions are practical, adoptable, and aligned with field realities.
