- Manage and support a diverse, multidisciplinary team with clear objectives, providing guidance, and evaluating performance while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Manage engineering and project plans for REE process engineering, hydrometallurgical testing, solvent extraction, metallization, and commercialization projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Direct design and engineering for internal and client projects within the Rare Earth Elements R&D group; oversee design standards, validate technical specifications, and maintain compliance with project requirements
