Lead and deliver Process Excellence initiatives through hands-on application of Continuous Improvement methodologies, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for direct team members while partnering with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement as a sustainable way of working across the site.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to capably perform each of the following essential duties:
- Lead and deliver Process Excellence projects, ensuring measurable and sustainable improvements in cost, quality, productivity, service, and operational performance.
- Promote a safe workplace and 5S culture through audits, continuous improvement activities, and role-modelling best practices.
