Project And Process Management
- Accountable for conducting current state process analysis, consolidating findings, and developing recommendations on business processes, procedures, and tools within Commercial Insurance.
- Analyze processes to understand current state performance using tools such as process mapping, customer value and cycle time analysis.
- Provide recommendations on potential future state solutions and processes to key business stakeholders and gain alignment on new process design and needs.

- Develop, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of direct reports.
