Job Description
Objective
Provide technical and operational support for assigned manufacturing processes (such as cores, heat treatment, machining, metallurgy, and problem-solving) at an organizational level. This role focuses on technical analysis, documentation, compliance with standards, and plant support to ensure effective process execution, standardization, and continuous improvement of technical performance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide cross-plant process engineering support for cylinder head manufacturing, with a strong focus on processes such as casting, cores, heat treatment, machining, and metallurgy.
- Lead technical analysis and advanced problem-solving related to product quality, manufacturing performance, and process deviations.
