About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a bilingual Procurement Documentation Specialist to join its Contracts, Procurement and Risk Management team for a 12‑month period. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical writer or procurement professional who enjoys translating complex business and technical requirements into clear, comprehensive procurement documentation. Working closely with project managers, technical specialists and stakeholders across the organization, you will develop high‑quality Scopes of Work (SOWs), technical specifications, Statements of Requirements, and solicitation documentation that support fair, transparent, and competitive procurement processes. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of a significant portfolio of procurement initiatives across a variety of operational and technical disciplines.
