Procurement Engineer (English speaking) (Centro Tular)

1. Demand Planning & Management (20%)

• Review monthly material demand plans from internal departments, analyze supply market trends, and propose optimized procurement strategies.
• Conduct periodic reviews of demand plan accuracy and drive corrective actions.
• Manage supply disruptions and market fluctuations by adjusting procurement plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Align procurement plans with integral headquarters' strategies and obtain local leadership approval.

2. Procurement Execution (40%)

• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely submission of purchase requests.
• Execute local procurement orders post-approval and provide recommendations for HQ-centralized materials based on local operational needs.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, including contract signing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
