Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, networking equipment, peripherals, and related services. Maintain strong relationships with market vendors, authorized distributors, and suppliers, especially within the Lahore IT market. Utilize existing vendor and distributor contacts to obtain competitive quotations and ensure timely procurement. Conduct regular market surveys to identify pricing trends, new technologies, product availability, and emerging suppliers. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and procurement resources to strengthen the supplier base. Compare quotations, negotiate prices, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment terms to achieve the best value for the organization. Handle urgent procurement requirements with efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
