Role Purpose
We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Real Estate & Logistics team. The Senior Consultant needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within the Real Estate & Logistics category. The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing: Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
- Organize and manage market tenders
- Evaluate suppliers' proposals and perform bid analysis – provide input and recommendations for supplier selection;
